(a) Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager, or her designee, to negotiate and execute a Memorandum of Understanding to secure a performance and partnership agreement and a Community Benefit Agreement.(b) Conduct a Public Hearing and approve an ordinance granting a franchise to Tokay Energy Storage 1, LLC for the purpose of transmitting electric service in the City’s public rights-of-way.
