Adopt a resolution authorizing the Director of Housing to negotiate and execute an agreement with Goodwill of Silicon Valley in the amount of $2,850,000 from the American Rescue Plan Act and the Housing Trust Fund to operate the San José Bridge Program retroactive from December 1, 2021 through June 30, 2023.
