(1) Approve an ordinance rezoning certain real property of an approximately 0.94-gross-acre site from the IP Industrial Park Zoning District to the LI Light Industrial Zoning District.
(2) Adopt a resolution approving, subject to conditions, a Conditional Use Permit to allow the demolition of an existing approximately 1,638-square-foot building for the construction of an approximately 5,000-square-foot building to support construction equipment sale and lease use on site, and the reconfiguration of the layout of the approximately 0.94-gross-acre site.
