As recommended by the Rules and Open Government Committee on March 25, 2026:
(a) Approve the expenditure of City funds for the Silicon Valley Pride Parade and Festival as an annual event scheduled in late August; and
(b) Approve and accept donations from various individuals, businesses or community groups to support the event.
