As recommended by the Rules and Open Government Committee on March 19, 2025:
(a) Approve the expenditure of City funds for the Silicon Valley Pride Parade and Festival scheduled on August 30-31, 2025.
(b) Approve and accept donations from various individuals, businesses or community groups to support the event.
