...Recommendation
As recommended by the Rules and Open Government Committee on August 27, 2025:
(a) Adopt a resolution authorizing “Free Use” for the private, invitation-only National Women’s Soccer League Championship Welcome Reception held at the Janet Gray Hayes Rotunda on November 20, 2025;
(b) Approve the National Women’s Soccer League Championship Welcome Reception scheduled on November 20, 2025 as a City Council sponsored Special Event and approve the expenditure of funds; and
(c) Approve and accept donations from various individuals, businesses, or community groups to support the event.
