2025-2026 City Manager’s Annual Report.
...Recommendations
(a) Accept the 2025-2026 City Manager’s Annual Report in compliance with City Charter Section 701 (F).
(b) Approve the following position changes in the Public Works Department:
(1) Delete 1.0 Division Manager; and
(2) Add 1.0 Senior Facility Repair Worker.
(c) Approve the following position changes in the Parks, Recreation and Neighborhood Services Department:
(1) Add 1.0 Division Manager; and
(2) Delete 1.0 Senior Facility Repair Worker.
(d) Adopt Appropriation Ordinance and Funding Sources Resolution amendments in various operating and capital funds to implement the 2025-2026 Annual Report recommendations, as detailed in Section IV (Recommended Budget Adjustments and Clean-Up/Rebudget Actions).
