(a) Staff and Planning Commission recommend: Adopt a resolution denying the request to amend the Envision San José 2040 General Plan Land Use/ Transportation Diagram designation from Lower Hillside to Rural Residential on an approximately 8.29-gross-acre site located at 3630 Kettmann Road.
(b) In the alternative, direct staff to continue processing the application to amend the Envision San José 2040 General Plan Land Use/ Transportation Diagram designation from Lower Hillside to Rural Residential on an approximately 8.29-gross-acre site located at 3630 Kettmann Road, consider input from the City Council, complete the CEQA analysis, and return to the City Council with a complete development application for consideration.
