Actions Related to the Purchase Order for the Advertising and Publication of Legal Notice Services.

Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to:
(a) Execute a purchase order with Daily Journal Corporation (Los Angeles, CA) for advertising and the publication of legal notice services starting on or about December 16, 2020 and ending on or about December 15, 2021, for an amount not to exceed $175,000; and
(b) Exercise up to four additional one-year options to extend the term of the purchase order after the initial term with the last option year ending on or about December 15, 2025, subject to the appropriation of funds.
