Adopt a resolution of intention to:
(a) Annex Annexation Area No. 4 to Community Facilities District No. 8 (Communications Hill);
(b) Levy a special tax on land within Annexation Area No. 4;
(c) Set a Public Hearing for November 10, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. regarding the annexation; and
(d) Call an election immediately following the close of the public hearing.
