Actions Related to the Purchase Order with Tom Lopes Distributing, Inc. for Fuel and Petroleum Products.

Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager or her designee to:
(a) Amend purchase order OP 68216 and execute additional purchase orders with Tom Lopes Distributing, Inc. dba Western States Oil Company (San José, CA) for the purchase of fuel and petroleum products, to increase the maximum compensation up to $5,560,000, for a revised maximum compensation not-to-exceed $7,130,000, for the period ending July 28, 2027, subject to the appropriation of funds;
(b) Approve a contingency of $1,400,000 for additional unanticipated fuel and petroleum products, subject to the appropriation of funds; and
(c) Exercise up to six one-year options to extend the term of the purchase orders with the last option ending on or about July 28, 2033, subject to the appropriation of funds.
