Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Attorney to negotiate and execute a First Amendment to the Agreement for Legal Services between the City of San José and Matteoni, O’Laughlin & Hechtman, APC to increase the maximum compensation by $75,000 for a total contract amount not to exceed $395,000, and extend the term of the agreement through December 31, 2022.
