City Council Appointments of Committees, Boards, and Commissions.
...Recommendations
(a) Approve the Mayor’s Appointments for each of the Council standing committees as described in Exhibit “A” of this Memorandum.
(b) Except for appointments which the Mayor has sole authority to appoint pursuant to statute, organization by laws, or other governing documents, appoint Councilmembers to each of the Boards, Commissions or Committees and assignments as described in Exhibit “B” of the Mayor’s Memorandum.
