Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute a Third Amendment to the Coyote Valley Master Transfer and Conservation Agreement between the Peninsula Open Space Trust, Santa Clara Valley Open Space Authority, and the City of San José, dated November 6, 2019, allowing for Peninsula Open Space Trust to sell the property known as Brandenburg West, approximately 25.65 acres, to the Santa Clara Valley Habitat Agency for undertaking habitat restoration, upon the condition that Santa Clara Valley Habitat Agency assumes the obligations under the City’s Right of First Refusal on the property and Santa Clara Valley Habitat Agency shall cause to be recorded against the property a notice of the Right of First Refusal held by the City.
