(1) Adopt a resolution designating 231 Jackson Street (Kogura Company Building) as a City Landmark of special historical, architectural, cultural, aesthetic, or engineering interest or value of a historic nature.
(2) Adopt a resolution approving the Historical Property (Mills Act) Contract for 231 Jackson Street between the City of San José and property owners Richard Kogura, Cindy Kogura, and Carolyn Kogura.
