Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute the Continuation and First Amendment to the Agreement for Consultant Services between the City of San José and Raimi + Associates, Inc. (Raimi) to extend the term through June 30, 2020 and increase compensation to $505,000 (currently $230,000) for services including branding and website, civic engagement, and project management, subject to appropriation.
