Actions Related to the Community Facilities District No. 8 (Communications Hill) Annexation Area No. 4.

Conduct a public hearing and take the following actions relating to annexing Annexation Area No. 4 into Community Facilities District No. 8 (Communications Hill):
(a) Adopt a resolution:
(1) Declaring the results of the special election;
(2) Contingent upon two-thirds qualified voter approval, determining that Annexation Area No. 4 is annexed to Community Facilities District No. 8; and
(3) Directing the City Clerk to record a notice of special tax lien.
(b) Adopt an ordinance levying special taxes within Annexation Area No. 4 to Community Facilities District No. 8.
CEQA: Determination of Consistency with the Communications Hill 2 Project Final Environmental Impact Report (EIR) (Resolution No. 77172), and addenda thereto. Council District 7. (Public Works)
