Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager or her designee to negotiate and execute a first amendment to the grant agreement between the City of San José and San José Public Library Foundation, increasing the total not-to-exceed amount from $1,100,000 to $1,300,000 and increasing the fiscal administration for the SJ Access Grant Program from $20,000 to $220,000.
