Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager or her designee to negotiate and execute a sole source On-Call Master Services Agreement with Our City Forest for urban forestry services for a five-year term beginning on or about July 1, 2026, and ending on June 30, 2031, with a total combined not-to-exceed amount of $4,835,282, subject to appropriation of funds.
