Retroactive Approval of Ethiopian Flag Raising Ceremony as a City Council Sponsored Special Event, to Expend City Funds and Authorization to Accept Donations of Materials and Services for the Event.

As recommended by the Rules and Open Government Committee on September 12, 2018:
1. Retroactively approve the Ethiopian Flag Raising Ceremony scheduled on September 10, 2018 as a City Council sponsored Special Event and approve the expenditure of funds; and
2. Retroactively approve and accept donations from various individuals, businesses, or community groups to support the event.
