(a) Approve Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority’s First Amendment to Contract Package 2 Construction Transportation Management Plan for West Portal Early Works.
(b) Adopt a resolution authorizing the Director of Public Works to negotiate and execute minor amendments to the Construction Transportation Management Plan to include minor but substantive edits, annual updates and supplemental plans including but not limited to Event Management, Trucker Management and Traffic Contingency plans.
