Citywide Planning Work Plan Prioritization.
...Recommendations
(a) Adopt the Current Proposed prioritization of the Citywide Planning work plan through December 2027 based on existing Council direction; or
(1) Reconsider past direction and adopt a different alternative, such as Alternative 1 Single Density for Missing Middle, or Alternative 2 Council Priorities Emphasis.
(b) Direct staff to return in November 2028, and annually thereafter, to prioritize the Citywide Planning work plan through the next 18-month period.
