Adopt a resolution approving a new Council Policy No. 0-47, Transition of Elected Officials for an effective transition between incoming and outgoing Mayor and Councilmembers, including the standard use and ownership of digital marketing and communications assets, software access and administration, use of City-based accounts, asset inventories, physical equipment, and other transition activities.
