As recommended by the Rules and Open Government Committee on March 8, 2023:
(a) Retroactively approve the St. Patrick's Day Flag Tower and Rotunda Lighting in clover green scheduled on March 11-18, 2023 for St. Patrick's Day and in celebration of the City’s sister city relationship with Dublin, Ireland as a City Council sponsored Special Event and approve the expenditure of funds; and
(b) Approve and accept donations from various individuals, businesses, or community groups to support the event.
