(a) City Council discussion of community survey results on potential general obligation bond measure for possible placement on the November 6, 2018 citywide ballot.
(b) Direct the City Manager to conduct additional polling to further refine potential ballot language and projects and to return to the City Council by August 10, 2018 with recommendations regarding placing a general obligation bond on the November 6, 2018 citywide ballot.
