Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager or her designee to amend purchase order OP 65438 with Technology Engineering & Construction, Inc. dba TEC Acutite (San Francisco, California), for fuel storage tank and dispensing equipment maintenance, repair, inspection, and testing services to increase the maximum compensation by up to $800,000, for a revised maximum compensation not to exceed $1,200,000, for the period ending March 31, 2027, subject to the appropriation of funds.
