(1) Approve an ordinance rezoning that certain real property of an approximately 5.02-gross-acre site located on the north side of Rue Ferrari, approximately 450 feet west of Silicon Valley Boulevard (5891 Rue Ferrari) from the IP Industrial Park Zoning District to the CIC Combined Industrial/Commercial Zoning District.
(2) Adopt a resolution approving a Conditional Use Permit to allow approximately 55,200 square feet of an existing approximately 72,904-square-foot office building to be converted to a church/religious assembly use with associated site improvements on an approximately 5.02-gross-acre site.
