Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager or designee to negotiate and execute the first amendment to the Master Agreements for consultant services with Professional Service Industries, Inc. (CPMS Contract No. 9468-C), CTE Cal, Inc. (CPMS Contract No. 9468-B), and Signet Testing Labs, Inc. (CPMS Contract No. 9468-A) for special inspection services for City funded projects in 2024 and 2025 to revise the following two items in each of the master agreements: (1) extend the term from December 31, 2023, to December 31, 2025, with no increases to the maximum compensation; and (2) revise hourly rate of field inspections.
