Adopt three resolutions approving the General Plan Text Amendments to amend the Envision San José 2040 General Plan to update:

(1) Policy TR-1.4 to allow implementation of the updated City Council Policy 5-1; and

(2) Transportation Network Diagram and allow implementation of the En Movimento Plan, Downtown Transportation Plan, and West San José Multimodal Transportation Improvement Plan; and

(3) Transportation Network Designations to allow implementation of the City Council Policy 5-8.
