...Recommendations
(a) Approve the Funding Agreement between the City of San José and the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) to initiate final design for the U.S. 101/De La Cruz Boulevard - Trimble Road Interchange Improvement Project (Project) to provide the City’s share of funding in the not to exceed amount of $3,000,000 for a term beginning at the date of full execution to June 30, 2020.
(b) Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager or his designee to negotiate and execute amendments to the Funding Agreement to include VTA’s share of funding for the Project.
