As recommended by the Rules and Open Government Committee on September 24, 2025:
(a) Adopt a resolution retroactively authorizing “Free Use” for the 3rd Annual LowriderDay held at the City Hall Plaza on August 30, 2025, hosted by Councilmember Ortiz’s office.
(b) Retroactively approve and accept donations from various individuals, businesses or community groups to support the event.
