Resolution Establishing Speed Limits.
...Recommendations
Adopt a resolution to repeal Resolution No. 78961 and set forth speed limits in the City of San José in compliance with state law to:
(a) Establish a 20 mph business activity district speed limit on six streets; including Evergreen Village Square, and portions of Almaden Avenue, Jackson Street, Post Street, Santa Clara Street, and Willow Street.
(b) Adopt the speed limit established by the County of Santa Clara for portions of Sierra Road for the segments within the jurisdiction of San José.
