...Recommendations
(a) Adopt a resolution approving amendments to City Council Policy 0-4, “Consolidated Policy Governing Boards and Commissions” streamlining the boards and commissions appointment process; and requiring Commissions to follow City Council Policy 0-37 enabling virtual/hybrid meetings for all commissions; and
(b) Approve an ordinance amending Chapter 2.08 of Title 2 of the San José Municipal Code related to various boards and commissions.
