...Recommendations
(1) Adopt a resolution designating 605 North 6th Street (Kow Kee Sixplex ) as a City Landmark of special historical, architectural, cultural, aesthetic, or engineering interest or value of a historic nature.
(2) Adopt a resolution approving the Historical Property (Mills Act) Contract for 605 North 6th Street between the City of San José and property owners Richard Kogura, Cindy Kogura, and Carolyn Kogura.
CEQA: Exempt per CEQA Guidelines Section 15331 for Historical Resources and Rehabilitation.
