As recommended by the Rules and Open Government Committee on January 8, 2020:
(a) Retroactively Approve the Gingerbread House Decorating Special Event scheduled on December 17, 2019 as a City Council sponsored Special Event, approve the expenditure of funds an approve the purchase of gift cards, and other items as raffle prizes.
(b) Approve and accept donations from various individuals, businesses or community groups to support the events.
