Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager or her designee to negotiate and execute the 14^th Amendment to the federal On-Airport Lease Agreement between the City of San José and the United States of America, through the General Services Administration Public Building Service, extending the term of the agreement to June 30, 2032, to set the annual rent amount retroactive to July 1, 2026, and to set fixed annual increases of three percent to the rental rate.
