Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager or her designee to negotiate and execute an amendment to the Funding Agreement between the City of San José and East Side Union High School District to consolidate the eight Community Wireless Network areas under one funding agreement, with an annual contribution up to $1.6 million for ongoing network operations and maintenance and technology refreshes, to extend the term through January 31, 2032, and to add five one-year options to extend to continue network operations through January 31, 2037.
