Move a semi-annual report from the June 5, 2023 to the May 1, 2023 Transportation and Environment Committee meeting on regional transportation funding, programs, and projects of interest to the City of San José involving regional, state, and federal agencies such as the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA), Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART), Caltrain, Metropolitan Transportation Commission, California High Speed Rail Authority, and the State Department of Transportation (Caltrans), as part of the approved City Initiatives Roadmap for Fiscal Year 2022-2023.
