Highway Safety Improvement Program Cycle 10 Grant Acceptance and Appropriation of Funds.

(a) Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager or designee to negotiate and execute a Program Supplement for State funded Highway Safety Improvement Program grant with Caltrans in an amount not to exceed $324,200 for reimbursement of traffic signal safety improvement work at the intersection of I-280 and Moorpark Avenue.
(b) Adopt the following 2021-2022 Funding Source Resolution and Appropriation Ordinance amendments in the Building and Structure Construction Tax Fund:
(1) Increase the estimate for Revenue from State of California by $324,200; and
(2) Establish the I-280 & Moorpark Signal Modification appropriation to the Department of Transportation in the amount of $324,200.
