...Recommendations
(a) Adopt a resolution declaring and recording a statement of the results of the November 5, 2024 Primary Municipal Election per Elections Code Sections 10263, 10264, and 15400; and
(b) Appoint Domingo Candelas as the interim representative for the anticipated vacancy in Council District 8 to serve until the remaining term of office expires on December 31, 2024; and
(c) Appoint George Casey as the interim representative for the anticipated vacancy in Council District 10 to serve until the remaining term of office expires on December 31, 2024.
