(a) Approve the proposed 2021-2022/2022-2023 City Budget Calendar as presented in Attachment A of the staff memorandum and the schedule for City Council Budget Study Sessions for the 2022-2023 Operating Budget, 2022-2023 Capital Budget and 2023-2027 City Capital Improvement Program, and 2022-2023 Fees and Charges Report as presented and explained in Attachment B and explained in the staff memorandum.

(b) Set a City Council Study Session for Friday, January 14, 2022 from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. entitled “2022-2023 Preliminary General Fund Forecast and Budget”.
