1.  Approve the District 4 Litter Pickup scheduled on March 29, 2025 as a City Council sponsored Special Event and approve the expenditure of funds.

2.  Approve the District 4 Leadership Forum and Budget Townhall scheduled on May 17, 2025 as a City Council sponsored Special Event and approve the expenditure of funds.

3.  Approve and accept donations from various individuals, businesses or community groups to support the events.

4.  Place the item on the April 8, 2025 City Council Agenda for action.
