As recommended by the Rules and Open Government Committee on September 5, 2018:
1. Approve the 6th Annual July 4th Family Fun Festival & Fireworks Show scheduled on Thursday, July 4, 2019 as a City Council sponsored Special Event and approve the expenditure of funds; and
2. Approve and accept donations from various individuals, businesses, or community groups to support the event.
