As recommended by the Community & Economic Development Committee on October 22, 2018, accept report and approve an amendment to the agreement with San José State University through June 30, 2020 to operate and maintain the Hammer Theatre Center in an amount not to exceed $285,000 per year, subject to the annual appropriation of funds.
