Actions Related to the Purchase Order with Owen Equipment Sales for As Required Sewage Cleaning Machine Rental Services.

Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager or her designee to:
(a) Amend purchase order OP 67528 with Owen Equipment Sales (Fairfield, California), for the purchase of as required sewage cleaning machine rental services, to increase the maximum compensation by up to $400,000, for a revised maximum compensation not to exceed $920,000, for the period ending November 30, 2026, subject to the appropriation of funds; and
(b) Exercise up to one additional one-year option to extend the term of the purchase order with Owen Equipment Sales (Fairfield, California), for the purchase of as required sewage cleaning machine rental services, with the last option ending on or about November 30, 2027, subject to the appropriation of funds.
