Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager or her designee to negotiate and execute tolling agreement(s) with vendor(s) to deploy a public electric vehicle direct current fast-charging hubs pilot program in Fiscal Year 2023-2024 or Fiscal Year 2024-2025, at either privately owned locations or City-owned locations in low-income and disadvantaged communities, with tolling payments based on performance and subject to San José Clean Energy’s control of variable retail pricing.
