...Recommendations

Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager or designee to:

(a) Negotiate and execute purchase orders with Bayscape Management Inc. dba Bayscape Landscape Management (San José, CA) to extend services for up to two additional one-year option terms for a total of six options through August 20, 2025, subject to the appropriation of funds; and

(b) Negotiate and execute purchase orders with Brightview Landscape Services, Inc. (Blue Bell, PA) to extend services for up to two additional one-year option terms for a total of six options through August 20, 2025, subject to the appropriation of funds.
