...Recommendations

As recommended by the Rules and Open Government Committee on December 11, 2024:

(a) Approve the District 2 End-of-Term, Farewell Celebration scheduled on December 18, 2024, at Mezcal Restaurant, 25 W. San Fernando Street, San José as a City Council sponsored Special Event and approve the expenditure of funds to support the event, purchase food, materials, services, and supplies for the event; and

(b) Approve and accept donations from various individuals, businesses or community groups to support the event.

CEQA: Not a Project, File No. PP17-011, Temporary Special Events resulting in no changes to the physical environment. (Jimenez)
