Amendment to the City Pay Plan.

Adopt a resolution amending the City of San José Pay Plan, effective December 21, 2025, to create the following classifications:
(a) Chief of Staff to the City Manager (Unclassified) (1142) with an annual pensionable salary range of $176,160.37 to $284,576.11; and
(b) Executive Office Administrator, City Manager’s Office (Unclassified) (1384) with an annual pensionable salary range of $92,601.60 - $122,072.61.
