(a) Approve the Second Amendment to the Master Agreement for consultant services with GHD, Inc. (CPMS Contract No. 9011), extending the term of the agreement from December 30, 2021 to December 31, 2024 to complete various ongoing trail projects, at no additional cost to the City.
(b) Approve the Second Amendment to the Master Agreement for consultant services with RRM Design Group (CPMS Contract No. 9011), extending the term of the agreement from December 30, 2021 to December 30, 2022 to complete various ongoing trail projects, at no additional cost to the City.
